Friendly and accommodating staff make a difference.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. the bathroom was quite small and cramped, which made it uncomfortable during our stay. Additionally, we encountered a problem with our reservation. the breakfast that was supposed to be included was not honored upon our arrival, leading to confusion and disappointment during our morning routine. Lastly, I noticed some maintenance issues in the common areas, which did not reflect the quality I expected from this hotel.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms.

Had a great time with friends exploring the Finger Lakes region. We hiked along the beautiful trails, and the visits to the local brewery and golf course were highlights! The hotel was comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. Practical tip, the hotel doesn’t include breakfast for anyone, so plan for that!

One downside was that the gym was closed for renovations during our stay, which was a letdown for my friends who wanted to work out.

during my stay, I enjoyed the clean, spacious room which made it easy to relax after exploring nearby Ithaca Falls, a stunning natural site just over 4 km away, and walking through Sunset Park with its lovely views, both of which are perfect for weekend strolls.

Kassandra, the head of housekeeping, provided exceptional assistance when my first room had a thermostat issue. She not only helped me switch rooms but also brought me a fan on a hot day. The staff were attentive and promptly helped with all my needs. The room I had was spacious with a very comfortable king bed, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The limited dining options available on-site were disappointing.

The noise insulation leaves a lot to be desired!!! The electronic key access often causes unnecessary trips to the front desk!!! Also, am I the only one who thinks the bathroom layout is uncomfortably cramped?
